An Inclusive Christian Community

The Church of the Holy Trinity (CHT), Rittenhouse Square is a diverse, welcoming, and inclusive community worshipping in a beautiful 19th century building in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. CHT has been a key parish in Center City from the very beginning, owing to its location and the ministry that it offers the surrounding community. Its members take pride in continuing a long tradition of outreach and service, excellence in preaching, and support for music and the arts.

The joy of preparing hundreds of couples for their marriage (and wedding!) has taught me much about the inevitable strains and stress that couples bear as they prepare for this incredibly special event. It is a privilege to befriend people at this very special stage of their lives.
